My diet plan by May 5th- Aim to be a size 12

All diet plans that includes shakes, pills, going under the knife all requires you to eat less calories.

Like Atkins I done, but can’t handle so much meat and greens like that. The low carbs do make you desire less food aka less calories eaten. The idea sometimes of a fresh pear or a sweet peach (atkin no no) would pop up now and then.

Also it helps to cut back on a lot of salt to speed up the weight loss. Cutting back on salt means less calories in return. Foods with high salt tends to have higher calories.

The only exercise I get is walking to work and back ( a hour walk a day) Unless I need to go to the store and what not (which would be 2-3 hours in a day…slow pace, to work fast, but home slow)

Breakfast:

Two servings of diet cranberry juice (is 5 calories per serving)

One rice cake (50 calories)

60 calories total.

Snack:

one Ambrosia Apple (I just noticed many kinds of apples exist if you read the labels, 110 calories.)

One serving of diet cranberry (5 calories)

One piece of gun (5 calories)

125 calories total

Lunch:

2 rice cakes=100

2 serving of diet cranberry juice -10

110 calories total

Dinner:

Oatmeal (150, just water no milk added)

Cran raisins already pre packed to 100 calories, in the same section raisins are sold.

From the freezer section pre cut mangos (90)

The above will be added to oatmeal.

One rice cake (50)

All diet teas are welcomed such as Arizona diet tea. Im taking out soda….hard yes.

390 calories total.

All together:

685 calories.

Promised 10-15 pounds gone in 5-7 days for sure!

Heya this is kind of of off topic but I
was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with
HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding know-how so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!
